Order Tracking
All orders are processed between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. (CST), Monday through Friday. Your tracking number will be e-mailed to you within 48 business hours of shipment, unless otherwise noted.
Your order may be tracked through UPS in two ways:
Contacting UPS by Phone: 1.800.742.5877
Visiting UPS Online at: www.ups.com
Our primary shipping method is UPS. However, any item over 98# or with Dimensions greater than 104" will be shipped by a truck freight company. Estimated shipping time is 3-5 business days. Street addresses are required [no P.O. Boxes please].
